Review and Approve Changes

Use this chapter whenever Culsma PAWS proposes a change rather than only reading data.

Read-only questions can run without approval. Updates, imports, storage assignments, and analytics writes require the appropriate write access and may ask you to confirm a proposed operation.

Recognize the current state

• Read-only result: no approval is needed and no record is changed.
• Change preview: inspect the exact records and values before continuing.
• Approval request: approval applies only to the proposal currently shown.
• Completed change: verify the resulting record after it is applied.

Review a preview

Before approving, confirm:

• the active workspace and environment;
• the exact records that will change;
• the current and proposed values;
• warnings, unresolved references, and the preview expiry; and
• whether the operation can be reversed or must be corrected with a new change.

Approval applies only to the exact proposal shown. If you change the request, ask for a new preview.

Stop when

• the wrong record appears in the preview;
• a current or proposed value is unclear;
• more records will change than expected;
• the preview has expired or conflicts with a newer update.

Cancel an unwanted proposal. Do not approve it merely to see what happens.

Verify after approval

Ask the AI agent to fetch the changed records again. Compare the returned values with the approved preview and keep the change-set, import, mutation, or query audit identifier when one is provided.
